| Pancake House |
I have been having this strong cravings for pancakes and one day while eating a home-made pancake from the Maya brand i asked myself, "where will i find the most delicious pancake? hmmm...".
Then *poof* alrightie...i have to start my quest in finding the most tasteful pancake.
Criteria:
Soft, fluffy pancakes
No-burned texture
Not oily
Non existence of the bitter taste
Partnered with non-fattening butter and sugar syrup

My first stop is at Pancake House at the corner of 31st st in the Fort.
With the name itself, this restaurant serves wide range of pancakes in different flavors. Aside from that, they also serve steaks, pasta, desserts like ice cream and crepes as well as smoothies.
Like what i have mentioned above, there are lots of pancakes servings to choose from, but what caught my attention was the "american-styled breakfast", Bacon and egg pancakes.

Mind you, the size of the pancakes' huge and i am already full with just one pancake. This meal contains 2 pieces of big pancakes, 3 crispy bacon strips (which i didn't liked because i don't like it when bacons are these crispy.), sunny side up egg, a scoop of butter, unlimited sugar syrup and a choice of either juice or coffee.
The pancake as i have said is huge and thick. I love the fact that it is soft and easy to chew, however, i just find it weird to have the bitter after taste. That is why i was not able to finish the two pancakes and left out a half of my second pancake. *thinking* Should i take it out and give it to someone in the street on my way home? Which i was not able to actually do. BOO ME!

Pancake House in 31st street The Fort can accommodate a number of their patrons since they have huge place, nice ambiance, quick and attentive attendants and fast service.
So what would be my next stop in my quest to finding the Best Pancake? Any suggestions?! :)
